Information of terranets bw GmbH about the uniform entry tariff for the NetConnect Germany market area as of 01.01.2018

Pursuant to the ruling BK9-13/607 of the Bundesnetzagentur on the horizontal cost allocation mechanism (HoKoWä) dated from 22 June 2016, the entry tariff for annual firm, free allocable capacity (FZK) to be applied as of 1 January 2018 amounts to 3,595250 €/(kWh/h)/a. According to ongoing appeals procedures against HoKoWä the entry tariff may be adjusted.

There are currently court proceedings pending with regard to HoKoWä Decision which may influence the published tariffs. In this context, we explicitly point to the fact that the above mentioned tariffs are subject to the condition that such pending court proceedings does not have suspending effect and, therefore, HoKoWä Decision has to be applied from 1 January 2018. If HoKoWä Decision has not to be applied from 1 January 2018 terranets bw GmbH reserves the right to publish amended tariffs to be effective from 1 January 2018 on short notice.
