Network data

terranets bw´s high-pressure pipeline network has operating nominal pressures of up to 80 bar. It extends over a total length of around 2,750 km and transports gas to approx. 300 network interconnection and exit points.

Peak load in the financial year 2023 was measured on 04.12.2023 between 08:00 h and 09:00 h. In this hour, downstream grid operators and industrial customers simultaneously withdrew a total volume of 27,419 MWh/h from the transmission system of terranets bw. The annual energy withdrawn in the financial year 2023 amounted to 91,800,572 MWh.

We transport only H-quality gas. The calorific value at the entry and exit points ranged between 9.24 kWh/m³N and 11.82 kWh/m³Nh in the financial year 2023.
