On October 27th, 2017, a new version of the Agreement of Cooperation between Operators of Gas Supply Networks in Germany (German: Kooperationsvereinbarung IX.3) has been adopted due to new legal requirements, in particular due to the amendment of the Gas Network Access Ordinance. The amendment to the Agreement of Cooperation will enter into force on January 1st, 2018. The General Terms and Conditions for the Entry-/ Exit-Contracts are affected by the amendments to the Agreement of Cooperation. As of January 1st, 2018, 6 am, the following General Terms and Conditions apply for Entry/ Exit Contracts (entry/exit system).
