Information about the capacity fees with effect from 01.01.2020

Pursuant to the ruling BK9-18/610-NCG (REGENT) of the Bundesnetzagentur the capacity fees for a firm freely allocable capacity with a term of one year for interconnection and storage-network points to be applied as of January 1st 2020 amounts to 4,07 €/(kWh/h)/a.

Pursuant to the ruling BK9-18/610-NCG (REGENT) of the Bundesnetzagentur the preliminary capacity fees for a firm freely allocable capacity with a term of one year for internal order points and ultimate consumer points to be applied as of January 1st 2020 amounts as well to 4,07 €/(kWh/h)/a. Pursuant to § 6 (5) of the Cooperation Agreement between the operators of gas supply grids in Germany as amended on April 30th 2019, effective from June 1st 2019 (Cooperation Agreement X – German KoV X) the final capacity fees for these points will be published until December 2nd 2019 at the latest.

According to ongoing appeals procedures against REGENT the tariff may be adjusted. terranets bw will inform as soon as any relevant information is available.
