Pursuant to the ruling BK9-18/610-NCG (REGENT) of the Bundesnetzagentur the capacity fees for a firm freely allocable capacity with a term of one year for interconnection and storage-network points to be applied as of January 1st 2021 amounts to 3,77 €/(kWh/h)/a.
Pursuant to the ruling BK9-18/610-NCG (REGENT) of the Bundesnetzagentur the preliminary capacity fees for a firm freely allocable capacity with a term of one year for internal order points and ultimate consumer points to be applied as of January 1st 2021 amounts as well to 3,77 €/(kWh/h)/a. Pursuant to § 6 (5) of the Cooperation Agreement between the operators of gas supply grids in Germany as amended on September 30th 2019, effective from January 1st 2020 (Cooperation Agreement X – German KoV X.2) the final capacity fees for these points will be published until December 2nd 2020 at the latest.
The capacity fee for a firm freely allocable capacity is valid from 1 January 2021 until 1 October 2021.
According to ongoing appeals procedures against REGENT the tariff may be adjusted. terranets bw will inform as soon as any relevant information is available.
